They have a benefit brow bar, not sure the quality but definitely worth a shot to check it out.
I went to newyork nails 2 and the normal lady didn't do it I'm not sure her name but she acted as she was in charge she had a bad attitude when I told her how I wanted it and she rushed it, totally unhappy and that's where I go for my pedicure every month and always go for eyebrows but she botched my brows ones arched and the other is straight across.
I'm not sure about Ulta but I do know about eyebrows, there's a lady Mai, she's at New York Nails on RT 9 just past Barnes and Noble...on the left side of the road heading towards the Galleria, she is absolutely wonderful. I'm telling you she's an artist. I kid you not, I am extremely cautious about anyone or anything being done, she is the only one who does mine, well her and her sister, I can't say enough about how good she is. She is also licensed at doing microblading and brow tattooing which is what she did for me.
They've done a good job the few times I've been there
