Hi! You need to be there at 7:00 AM. That means you may want to be there by 6:30 AM the latestso you would end being on the first 10 places. The only insurance they take is Metro Plus. You can pay cash or with visa or Mastercard. I'm not sure about other cards. I hope this helps. Good luck!
