Anyone can visit as long as they have a photo ID proving they're 21+. Took my girlfriend with her Brazilian passport and they accepted that.

Well I'm an NJ resident and I've purchased recreational in Massachusetts before. Can't imagine NJ treats out of state buyers any differently.
