Our return policy is simple. If you have an issue with a product, you can bring that product back and we will exchange it for a different product. If you have consumed a fair amount of that product, we will happily offer you a discount on your next purchase. Please come in and speak to a supervisor at our dispensary.

Doubtful that there is any return policy. If you buy pre-rolled joints, open the bag and count the amount before you leave the dispensary cash register. If you find one or two missing, just tell them, anyone can make a mistake. Harmony was a good dispensary when they first opened, unfortunately there are not enough dispensaries in New Jersey to meet the needs of those who truly need to be able to count on getting the same or similar strains that help them. It's like playing Russian roulette with your pain medication so try buying very small amounts of the different strains to try out before investing a grand in an ounce you can't return.
Pretty sure it's case by case. Usually all sales final, but what's wrong that you need a return?
That's an interesting question I have made a complaint before and got a small discount but I don't think that's the norm.
