why are they so slow here. I dont understand it. they need an Express lane.

Each dispensary is privately owned,not regulated by the state. The strains at Harmony are exclusive to them. They also have the cheapest prices, most variety and highest levels in their product. They pride themselves on accuracy, and building relationships with their clients. This past year the quality at other dispensaries has apparently declined (spoke to a gentleman who drives 4 hours to Harmony). So yes, they are getting busier, more crowded, and sell out faster. A small price to pay if you ask me. Try going to Boston and waiting on line for hours before they even open and not even being able to get product. I do believe they're planning on opening another location. Bottom line, if you don't like it go somewhere else.

They're not slow, there's a process and they're the best. Word gets around fast and why would anybody settle for a mediocre product when Harmony grows the best for around the same price??

I went on a Thursday afternoon. No wait excellent service.

Some days don't make sense with ALL of the dispensaries. LoL
