You sign up for an appointment online. You place your order online the day before your pick up. They'll send you an email with a link to order. That shows what's currently available. Pick 2 back up strains before you head to the order page, cause it'll ask you. Curb side pick up only. My first time was two weeks ago. We had a thunder storm, and that backed up the line because they couldn't be outside with the lightning and heavy rain. I waited maybe a half hour. The security guard was super nice and told me this is WAY out of the ordinary. Normally you'll wait for maybe 2/3 people in front of you.
