Not yet... The state hasn't yet implemented the program for non-med use. But getting a card & script these days is fairly easy. Expect it'll take upwards of a year or two for recreational sales to begin.
You can easily get NJ Medical Marijuana license . I know a few that used veriheal.com and got the license within a month.
