You get yourself a NJMMP license which you will need a doctor to do. Once you have it, you choose HARMONY as your ATC and go there, it's the best dispensary in my experience and you will have an easy time with them. Go to their website for hours and more information.

Go to a doctor that recommends you need cannabis from what ever is bothering you make sure he is a Participating doctor.

Exactly what Deb said. You need a doctor to give you a prescription. My neurologist and it took me 3 months to get it. It also depends on what state you live in. Harmony Dispensary is definitely wonderful they treat you well. Good luck....
