When you go over there it doesn't take long to sit they are pretty quick in there
As a rule of thumb for any restaurant, courtesy can go a long way. If you dont have a large party, you shouldnt need to call ahead, however if you have more than 4 in your group, call at least an hour ahead. If you can help it, call sooner.
