They cook it there and it's the best!

Cook on site , huge electric smoker , locks in smoke , if you have been there where all the sauces are you would be looking at the smoker . Now mind you these are commercial electric smokers , probably 20000 to 40000 , when you eat the food you know it was cooked right , and held properly . Excellent food .
