Mostly yes, but depends on time and where you sit. If you go on a weekday it's normal cafe levels, but on the weekend at the bar it can get noisy. But overall it's people talking and not overdriven EDM music :-P
I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty quiet... Similar to a Starbucks or any bookstore or cafe with people coming in and out, not library-quiet but not noisy!
It was a Saturday night when we were there. It was pretty busy. Im guessing it probably depends on when you go.
