To carlos castillo. Same card for both palace west and isleta casino...so no you would not be a new player but building points. Palace west much smaller but i really like it because the whole casino is NON SMOKING. and staff is friendly plus delucious snack bar.
Ive been to isleta and sandia but ive been to sandia more than isleta but the casinos ive got more at were the downs, santa ana and dancing eagle at 108 if you wamt tp take the trip
Same membership... don't waste your money at Isleta Casinos. Sandia has the best payout
