Why don't your employees wear masks? The nice young many at the checkout did not have one on, neither did the other employees. I asked why he didn't have one on and he said "It's not required". Not a good answer.

Thank you for the question. Our kitchen employees are required to wear masks. Floor employees are encouraged. Some have personal reasons for not wearing a mask. That said, we do require the utmost customer service from every employee and I would consider his answer borderline. The matter will be addressed.
