Rates vary depending when u apply. For an old complex, it's away from ghetto, maintenance responds within 24 hrs, trash Butler service picks up from your door, refrigerated air is better than swamp coolers. Far from the best but nowhere near the worst.
I had a 1 bedroom 1 bath for 720 and no deposit. Honestly would not recommend, too much noise in the area, no dumpsters(there is a trash compactor on the far end of the property that looks like its NEVER been emptied), curb side trash pick up makes the property look like an absolute mess, REALLY old appliances. There was constant issues with the maintenance and there is scarce parking for your family and friends
