Which wash did you get? I been with them for but a year and I never had any problems. They charge for the month in advance then if you cancel they pay back what's left of the month..... We change cars and we cancel that service and they give monies back for not using the whole month service....
Yes they monthly per month not length of a period of a month. Unfortunately they are fishy that.
