Where do you call home? Part of your perception might be due to where you're from. I am from Tennessee and, to me, I felt rushed. But I've felt that way the entire time I've been in town and I felt that way in NYC last year. It's just a different culture.

I've never experienced a situation where the workers were rude to me or any of my friends, I do believe people have a bad day once in a while. I like the place and I think you should give it another chance, maybe things will be positively different.
