I actually am not off on those days, so my time to set aside for this is tues evening to Weds evening. What ever works for you. The important thing is that you are setting time apart for God and honoring him and family
The Sabbath is traditionally from sundown to sundown, so yes. It is our pastors heart to honor this time that God has set apart to meet with us. To be clear we are not following Jewish law for Sabbath, because Sabbath is not just for the Jewish people, we are following biblical principles set forth in Genesis 1 and 2. That being said, on today's world it is impossible for everyone to have Friday night and all day Saturday free. The hope behind all of this is to bring God into the home and to bring FAMILY together at the dinner table. So if Friday night doesn't fit in your schedule, find another night that works for you.
