Why do you advertise different hours online? I walked in at ~2:25 on a Sun. Website says you close 3:30, sign on your door says dogwash closes at 3pm. I was told that the location closes at 3 Sun. & I couldnt give my dog a bath. So much for 1st visit

I will speak with the attendant who was on duty today. Our hours recently changed to close a half hour earlier, but you should've been permitted to bathe your dog as long as you were there before 3:00. I will make a note of your name and you can have your first bath free. Thank you.

The hours on the website are not different from the hours on the door Sundays they're open at 8 a.m. cuz I'm taking my dog there next Sunday and I've been there probably a half a dozen times go Self Serve bath has different hours than the actual place does give it a shot you won't be disappointed
