After interning and flowing the signs, you'll see a bunch of busses and uber's and what not, there will be a driving area on the left hand side. That's where you can sit and wait to pick someone up. And they are number labeled to let the person you're picking up know where you are
Directly outside of baggage claim, the first road is ground transportation, the outer road is where cars can pick up people
