They do have specials sometimes and Groupon is a terrific option to use at Buddy's!!! Definitely worth a trip however, it is a no to the other questions... The scenery is beautiful and the crowd is lovely.

No separate parking lot; no elevator that I am aware of. AUCE Sunday Brunch is a good deal it's about $17 ...young kids cheaper maybe even free.
There is parking on the street, no elevator, prices r on the website, no RESERVATION needed.
