I would like to add to Sarah's response: We have lift chairs. The chair it's self uses a motorized function to gently lift the user from the chair. We also have both seat and back cushions available designed for a wheelchair.

I'm sorry, but we do not carry anything meant specifically for elevating a person out of a chair. We do however carry chair cushions that are good for lumbar support and elevate the legs.
I am sure they should have something. I know a lot of people make a cushion out of foam and some fabric, which you can get those at a craft shop, here is another idea find an old chair cushion.
