No one ever answers the phone. We drove up after no answer all day. Door was locked, lights on, workers working and website stated they were open for business. Man came to door after knocking for several minutes and he said, "we closed early today"

Dear Owner for Northern Pharmacy, Website right or wrong does not correct the issue of providing Good customer service. I was calling all day long with no answer. I've now found three other stores in surrounding area that sell the same product I needed so good luck in the future!

I am so sorry for your experience. We do close at 3 pm on holidays. I checked the website to verify our holiday hours are listed. I see that Google reports if we are open or closed based on our posted hours. I will check with Google if there is a way to update this when there is a holiday. I am very sorry for your frustration. I will do my best to correct the issue.
