I have been trying since 10am to speak with someone at the box office...it is now 11:15am and no one answers...I am so frustrated that I'm seriously thinking not to renew my subscription as a super subscriber unless I get a call back by noon today

I happen to know that subscription packets went out over the weekend so the Playhouse box office was inundated today. I have found that calling in the afternoon is more successful than immediately after the box office opens in the morning

Try calling the box office at The Grand Opera House, sometimes when there isn't a show at the playhouse for a bit they don't go into that box office as often. The Grand should be able to help you and address your issue :c) good luck
