Dogs aren't allowed ok the beach. On the other side of the pipe they are OK since it's off of the public beach area.. but they still have to be on leash.
I'm not sure what the official policy is but several people had their dogs on the beach. They were all on leashes so not running around or anything.
I don't know. I suggest you call the campground.
