To renew the Cédula de Ciudadania you need: 1. Previous citizenship certificate 2. Three photos type white background passport, uncovered ears, no earrings and look to the front. 3. It has no cost 4. Know blood type 5. Come in from Monday through Friday from 8 am to 12 pm Observations: -If you lost it you must pay 44.36 usd in Money Order -Does not process on Consular Saturdays
