You have to take 4 train to Brooklyn Bridge city hall stop to transfer to 6 train go uptown , you have 3 stops to go on 6 train there canal st, then spring st, and then bleeker st ok.
Take the 4 or 5 to Brooklyn Bridge and use 6 to Bleecker St. 4 trains in Bleecker St stops btw 10p and 5a.
