So I just called their office and the receptionist was very rude to me all I wanted to know was do they accept a specific plan I was hurried off the phone asked my age and basically she was ready to hang up need to learn we are all humanto hang up

I suggest you call back after 1pm. I know sometimes they are a very busy practise. If the receptionist was rude, ask to speak to the senior office staff. I am very surprised to read your statement, as I have never had reason or cause of improper behaviour in all the years I have known them. I know that they will try and sort things out the correct way. All the best.
