Why doesn't anyone answer the blasted phone? What if there was a real emergency? Why bother giving your number nobody answers it? It is really that much of an inconvenience to man the telephones instead of getting useless voice commands???

I think theatres are so marginally solvent that they have a ridiculously austere staffing level....ive seen one employee in other places. Your best bet is to use the web and forget calling.
