It depends on the tattoo and how much detail is in it. Most of the artists will give you a quote based on how long it will take them to do it, they mostly charge by hour but the artist there are skilled and each of my tattoos have been done under the qoute. You will need ID just so they can verify you are 18.
(replying to the question about tattoos for minors). Some artists will tattoo minors, some don't. So I'd suggest calling the shop to speak to our receptionist about which artist would be best for this.
You'll have to get one of their minor release forms and take it to get notarized with your parent if you're under 18.
Do your parents have to go with you if you are under 18?
