Is this Facility within walking distance of the Southside Lofts at Town Center Apartments? And, are there any other Recommended Safe Apartments for Rent within walking distance?

It's in an industrial zone. There is a z line that goes to Hamilton marketplace, so if find an apartment in walking distance to that, you would just have the company shuttle

It's definitely not walking distance

I wouldn't recommend it it's an hour walk through busy streets. As far as apartments for rent within walking distance I can't say there are any unfortunately.
