Why is there no one working but no CLOSED sign is up? Pulled into the drive thru multiple others as well. Big waste of my time. You can't just pull out you have to wait until each person in front of you gives up and moves on! BIG FAIL!!

I concur, the Miamisburg Dairy queen has far superior service and yes chocolate ice cream. Nope, Springboro Pike store does not have chocolate ice cream.

I would not recommend going to that one, their service is very poor. Try the one in Miamisburg, it's much better there.
