Says people usually spend 10 mins here. I been sitting here for going on 30 mins. In the drive through. I understand that it's thanksgiving but what is going on?

That is crazy. Last time I was there was in the summer back in August and waited about 10 mins.

I never drive through. Always walk in. I prefer face to face.

Maybe on the holiday they are short on help. But usually it is ten minutes because I've been there at lunch time and its wild but i get in and out. I believe it's the holiday and people have called off.

I am sorry you have had such a problem. I know it can be frustrating. I think you are right. It is Thanksgiving and quite possibly they do no have the staff to support the demand.
