Something is wrong with the phone lines, I cannot get through the pharmacy and I try operator with no answer there, I tried other departments to report the problem, and there is no answer either !!!! please someone look into this..!!

I know that they are currently under construction while their still open so maybe that has something to do with it.

Make sure that the number you are during is the correct one and that you are hitting the correct buttons and not pulling a Homer Simpson move and pressing more than one button, "fat fingers" ... LoL

the pharmacy is a very busy section and sometimes they are busy helping other customers to the point where they're unable to answer phones leave a message or an email and then we'll get back to you

The workers were very helpful to me showed where to find things I needed

Pharmacy is 9:am to 9:pm.. I would try connecting to another department and asking to be connected to Pharmacy..

I called other stores .asked them to check for me.. Hope they r recording ,given the store #ask 4 the complaint department...

I wish 🤞 I could help but that's just another thing of there customer service.... they don't require have any. Nor do they care..... good luck to you!
