Does it usually take like an hour to wash a small car? Because that's how long I've spent here waiting for my car to be delivered and the lady told me it's just being finished like 3 times over a 45 minute period.

Depends at what time you bring it as many vehicles come by and are taken care of free of service, which is more than many other dealerships can do😉
