I went in yesterday to make a purchase and asked the girl running the register if they were aware of their Google reviews? No should I be she asks? Yes I said. Then another Young lady acting with some authority entered her kiosk directing the first girl to do something w/her register. I asked her the same question after confirming she was an assistant MGR and was assured things would get better. Told the young Lady the only reason I believed there was cause for concern was that I'd had some of the same experiences and it would be good for the store if someone in a position to make changes read the reviews.
