Anyone know how to get a hold of the district manager? this place is in dire need of help. Just left there and the manager was asking an employee if they had a blunt. And that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Yes just Google Sonic's headquarters and ask who the district manager is of this area more than likely they will put you in contact with them
