Just joined Silver Sneakers. Are there open swims all day? Also I would like to bring by niece and nephew, both under 4. How much would I have to pay for them and could I take them anytime in the afternoon?

There are open swims daily, but the hours vary. Approximate open swim hours are 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mon-Tues-Thurs, 9:30 a.m. - 8:45 p.m. Wed & Fri, and 12:15 - 5:45 p.m. on weekends... so yes, you can go pretty much anytime in the afternoon (with the exception of swim meets, during which the pool is closed to the public). The schedules for the main pool, lap lanes, and therapy pools are available online (see "Downloads") and also at the "Y" by the front entrance.
