If they never delivered your pizza it's either because you A.) Didn't order from this Pizza Hut. B.) Were a new customer. ( FYI: after 5pm if you are a new customer you will be required to pay with a credit card.) You would have received a phone call if this were the case. C.) Ignored the phone call and/or didn't place a call back. Or gave a new phone number other then the one associated with your account. Which would have placed you as a new customer. If you didn't call back within a couple minutes your order would have been canceled. And to the gentleman who who said he's been forgetting. You've been forgotten or you've been forgetting to order things.
