Storyland is located within Roeding Park, but operated separately. Their website says they are usually open, but this week shows closed Monday and Tuesday.

I think Playland will only be open Feb 19th-21st
Playland is the section of Roeding Park that has the rides. As of Saturday 2/15/20 at 2:00pm. The rides were not open.
