You can enter and hang out on the site for free. Ice skating admission is $4 and skate rental is $10. If you're an Independence Blue Cross cardholder, admission for you + 3 others is waived (does not include skate rental)

I believe if you have blue cross insurance, skates are free. But check with the people there first.
