Who owns the Pavilion? I've submitted an application for a unit 3 wks ago & the guy who took my application asked me to get 3 documents i call no answer, everyday. I'm needing some answers or help to finish my app. I don't understand this.

NOT a good place to live. My mom lives there and over the years it gotten worse. Only 1 maintenance person on staff, elevator constantly breaks down, VERY poor customer service. I personally would look elsewhere.
