I am 67y/o, I have multiple sclerosis, l am unale to walk. My home is in desperate need of plumbing repairs. Doyu have or know of any resources that could help me. I cannot afford these repairs!

Try contacting the Dept of Aging. They have a program to assist seniors who need home repairs. Good luck.

Yes, the ceda winterized program for low income housing. They should be able to help you its a free government program.
