Kool Keg serves a variety of craft beers, most of them local. What is different about their beer selection, what really sets them apart from any other bar or brewhouse that I have ever been to, is their "dynamic" beer selection. From week to week their beer selection changes and the bartenders always have extensive knowledge on every beer currently on tap. You just tell them what you are looking for and they can hook you up, they have never steered me or my friends wrong! Even if they don't have a particular beer you are looking for at the moment, I promise it will not be a wasted trip to drop in and see what all they are currently serving, you never know what you may discover. Their prices are competitive, the selection is quite diverse, and the staff is very well informed like you would find at a good winery. Overall, my first visit there was a unique experience and I would definitely encourage anyone who appreciates a good beer to give them a try.
Not only do they offer many beer varieties but also have margarita machines. I do not know if they offer Norwegian beer. But a simple phone call can answer that question. Their new location is connected to J Gilligans. We've used Kool Keg many times with great satisfaction
