I would assume. If not they would give it to berry good buys or someone who needed it. I want to vote for yes that they do. Because I would think that this is the stuff that falls through the cracks for some of the good moms that really come through and forget about themselves in order to pay the bills. but that's just my personal experience. Because quite honestly I opened up my mascara today and realized that I was going to be out in the next week and that I didn't really have that in the budget at this point
