Is it .69cents for everything every Saturday? Is it only on certain items? If so, what items? Does the webpage or store let you know in advance what tag colors are a special discount, everyday? Does the special discounts change each week?

It is .69cents on certain color tags. It is usually the color tag that was 50%off for the week. You should be able to call and ask what the color is for the week. One is 25%off and the other is 50%off.
