Why do I have to buy a minimum of 25 fingers to place an order over the phone? Why can't I place an order for 2 Caniac boxes over the phone and pick up within 10 minutes?

It is because Canes has a strict cook to order policy so that the food will always be fresh. And if they allowed small phone orders, a financially destructive percentage of people would never show up to claim their food, meaning that Canes would have to throw their order in the waste bucket.

Is this true?

If you are looking to place a smaller order of food, I reccomend food delivery apps like Door Dash or Postmates. I reccomend paying through the app but giving them a cash tip.
