Network opened at the new location, 1500 International Parkway, in September 2021. You must live in Richardson Independent School District zip codes to qualify for services. You need to apply in person, complete paperwork and show proof of address, proof of income and bring IDs for each person living in your household. Then you will be issued food and clothing shopping cards and be eligible for special programs and classes. Current intake hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 8 am to 4 pm, Thursdays 8 am to 7 pm.
