Not necessarily discounted...delivery was $79 and $89 the next time.. the quality is great!.. try...shopping online first with different companies...Shop Factory Direct should be your first stop..talk to Judith..

Yes the prices are discounted.Yes I would recommend and they do deliver for a fee. The Fee is 99 I believe.
