I have spoken with Don and it is exceedingly difficult to add just one hour. He is grateful for customers. No doubt! He is challenged with staff accommodation. People are burning out. It's hard to hire quality people. I know The Brick has service in their hearts. Let's help them. Ideas?
Shucks, then someone needs to update the open time frame on Google. That way less customers are disappointed when they drop by and it isn't open.
It's only open for breakfast and lunch unless there's a special event.
