I've witnessed RV'S and Semi's and busses parked there in the parking lot for staying overnight, I think Walmart does not have an issue with it.

Yes ,Walmart allows overnight parking of RV'S at all there super centers nation wide , unless there is a local ordinance against it. In that case they post sings saying no overnight parking.
